American Maru Arrives.

 

 

About the middle of the afternoon the American Maru was sighted. She moored alongside the Pacific Mail wharf before 5 o'clock. The Maru brought four days later news and mail from the outside world, sailing from San Francisco on the 29th of May.

 

Lay-over passengers for this port are Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Millard, Miss Ethel E. Millard and William Levansaler. The list of through passengers is as follows:
