Mrs. Emily B. Crowley, of Eastbourne, England, mother of Alistair [sic] Crowley, the poet, novelist and mountain climber, was at the St. Nicholas yesterday en route to visit her nephew, Mr. Bishop [Lawrence Bishop], of Livingston County, Kentucky. Mrs. Crowley said that her brother, Mr. Bishop, went to Livingston County, Kentucky, to live when she was 2 years of age, and that he and his wife had died there, leaving sons and daughters and grandchildren. |
