Police Inquiries Unsuccessful

CALCUTTA, November 2.

The police have not as yet succeeded in tracing the European who shot two men in Motts Lane a few nights back, as there are no clues whatever to work upon. A reward of Rs. 100 has been promised by the Commissioner of Police for finding the man, who, the police believe, is attached to one of the vessels in the port. The two injured men are recovering.
