A FOYERS NOTABILITY AND HIS CREDITORS.
Yesterday, in the Inverness Small Debt Court, two actions were called against Alister Edward Crowley, otherwise Macgregor, otherwise Lord Boleskine, Foyers. The pursuers were Messrs Macbean & Son, clothiers, Union Street, Inverness, and Messrs Morell Bros., Cobbett & Son, Ltd. An action has also been raised by Mr Medlock, jeweller, against Lord Boleskine. As there is a question of jurisdiction involved, the actions have been continued. |
