The Scot has always been adventurous, but Mr. Allan Bennett Macgregor is probably the first to become a Buddhist monk (under the name of Bikkhu Ananda Metteyya). He has come to England with a band of twenty-three disciples, including four women, to carry on a Buddhist mission.
