CAMBRIDGE MAGAZINE Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England 22 November 1913 (page 187)
PERIODICALS RECEIVED.
We are glad to welcome the November issue of the English Review, which is, as usual full of interesting things. There are contributions by Maurice Hewlett and Israel Zangwill. “A lay-man” wants to know when the Church Congress will take some notice what is going on in the world, e.g., Christian Science, the Proletariat, Modern Thought! Rowland Kennedy on Railways is as good, and Aleister Crowley on Art in America as surprising as ever. We are informed that the December issue will contain Mr. John Masefield’s new poem ‘The River.’ |
