The title of The Diary of a Drug Fiend (Collins, 7s. 6d.), by Aleister Crowley, will probably attract the wrong sort of reader and scare away the right one, which is a pity, for it deals thoughtfully, if somewhat romantically with the struggles of a victim of the drug habit.
