THE BOOK CORNER
Boni & Liveright announce the immediate publication of a new and completely revised edition of The Mystic Rose by Aleister Crowley. This classic in anthropology has been out of print for a number of years. Mr. Crowley is now making a revision of his text to meet the demands of recent research and study. This work has ranked with Westermarck’s History of Human Marriage, as a great contribution to social anthropology.
The author of this announcement obviously confused “Aleister Crowley” with the actual author of The Mystic Rose, Alfred Ernest Crawley. |
