People who have followed the action raised by Mr Aleister Crowley are recalling the fact that at one time he had a house in Boleskine, to which he refers in his very curious autobiography published in a limited edition a few years ago. Another person interested in magic, the late Mr. MacGregor Mathers, was also attached to the Highlands, and used to call himself Count Macgregor of Glenstrae. Mr. Crowley’s books have become extremely rare, for they were published in very limited numbers. One occasionally finds them in catalogues dealing with occult literature. |
