“Laughing Torso”
The recent “Black Magic” case, in which Aleister Crowley brought an action against Miss Nina Hamnett, the author, and Messrs. Constable, the publishers, of Laughing Torso, was stopped by the direction of the jury in favour of the defendants.
This means that the book is now on sale once again after having been unobtainable since shortly after its publication in June, 1932. |
