An appeal is to be lodged on behalf of Mr. Aleister Crowley, the author, against the verdict for the defendants in his recent action for alleged libel.
He sued Constable and Co., Ltd. (publishers), Charles Whittingham and Griggs [sic] (printers, Ltd. And Miss Nina Hamnett in respect of an alleged libel in Miss Hamnett’s book “Laughing Torso.” |
