AUTHOR ARRESTED.

Mr. Alistair [sic] Crowley, the author who appeared in a recent High Court action, was arrested on a warrant yesterday and charged with receiving five letters, the property of Mrs. Sedgewick [Betty May].

Mr. Crowley will appear at Marylebone Police Court to-day.

After being charged Mr. Crowley was released on bail.
