"BLACK MAGIC" PAPERS.
The recent Black Magic, libel case in which Mr. Aleister Crowley was the plaintiff was mentioned before Mr. Justice Swift in the King's Bench Division yesterday.
Mr. Reade asked for certain papers now in the possession of the Court to be handed to the prosecution of a case in progress at Marylebone Police Court where, he stated, Mr. Crowley had been charged with stealing the papers.
The Judge gave directions for the papers to be handed over to the solicitor instructing counsel on his undertaking to return them to the Court. |
