AUTHOR TO APPEAL.
Mr. Edward Alexander Crowley (Aleister Crowley, the author) has given notice of appeal against his Old Bailey conviction.
Mr. Crowley was found guilty of receiving four original letters and one copy of a letter alleged to have been stolen from Mrs. Betty Sedgwick, an artist's model, professionally known as "Betty May." He was bound over for two years. |
