Lords Justices Greer, Slesser, and Roche in the Court of Appeal yesterday dismissed an appeal by Mr. Aleister Crowley, an author, against the dismissal of his action for alleged libel against Miss Nina Hamnett, the author: Constable and Co., Ltd., publishers; and Messrs. C. Whittingham and Briggs, printers of a book entitled "Laughing Torso."
