Trouble in the Black-Out

 

 

Edward Alexander Crowley, of The Gardens, Middle Warberry Road, Torquay, described as a poet, was fined £2 for a black-out offence at his residence at 12.35 a.m. on January 23rd.

 

Defendant in a letter told the Bench he had been ill and unable to supervise the black-out.
