Black Magician's Curse.
Dr. W. B. Thomson, 68, who used to prescribe morphia, tablets for the black magician Aleister Crowley, has died within 24 hours of his patient. Thomson was found dead in the bath of a Mayfair flat on Tuesday evening. Crowley, described as the “wickedest man in Britain,” died at Hastings on Monday.
Thomson got morphia for Crowley for three years. When he stopped the supply three months ago Crowley put a curse on his doctor—but Scotland Yard is sure both men died from natural causes. |
