Enterprising British producer Raymond Stross (now finishing a film expose of London vice and crime) wants Orson Welles to star in “The Beast of London.” This will be based on the life of Alastair [sic] Crowley, arch-apostle of black magic and evil in general, who used to call himself “The Wickedest Man in the World.”
