Many thanks for your letter. I am glad to hear that you are really at work. So many people now-a-days just prattle about magic, and never do any.

     

If I get an opportunity I will run down. In the meanwhile you must let me know from time to time how things go on, especially if phenomena begin to occur, as they are sure to do if you are really doing magic as opposed to performing vain ceremonies.
