Care Frater,

The Chancellor of the AA is glad to receive your letter of the 28th ultimo.

The only question which requires to be answered is with regard to the place and the circle.

In a place like Vancouver it ought to be possible to do very good work out of doors during the summer. At the same time I should try to get a place of your own as soon as you can. In the meanwhile, the instructions in Liber CLXXV should settle your difficulties on most of these points. The instructions in this book can easily be translated into terms of higher practices.

Yours fraternally,

O.M.
