Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Emily Crowley

[Undated: circa May 1913]

My dearest Mother.

I am extremely glad to hear that you are so much better. I am quite well and have returned into the strenuous life again quite completely. I cannot make up my mind whether to go to the Flag Day or not. I am torn between conflicting emotions. The Editor [Mary d'Este-Sturges] of the Equinox went up on Sunday, also the Sub-Editor [Victor B. Neuburg]. They had never previously met. It was a touching scene of credulity. I am so busy that I am thinking about all the other letters I have to write instead of to you. Please pardon me this.

Your loving son.

P.S. I am sending back the library book.
