Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Austin Osman Spare

[Undated: circa May 1913]

Dear Spare,

I have been having influenza for a month or so. Somehow or other your letter got mislaid and I have not got your address. I wish you could come down here one day and I will explain what happened to you about those pictures. It is not all my fault. I could not write before because I did not get the facts until within the last day or so. I am not sure that the situation is hopeless. It will depend to some extent on what you think about it.
