Yours of Feb. 24. gives me great joy. The method of preparing the candidate certainly is in the ritual. He is taken out after the first part, his apron removed, he is blindfolded, and his shoes are taken off with appropriate expressions. Does not this come in your copy? If not, let me know.
Your theories show that you are on the right track. But you have a long way to go. Remember that there is perfectly plain and simple instruction "somewhere in France". "Seek and ye shall find".
