Brazilian Consulate General For the C’wealth of Australia SYDNEY N.S.W.
May 17th 1916
Dear Sir and Very Illustrious Brother.
There are a few matters that we would like to have your advice upon they are as follows:
1.—Shall this Grand Council now have a seal of its own, and if so what will be the design.
2.—Shall we now issue ourselves Diplomas to Members, and if so will they be the same design as those issued by you, or must we receive the Diplomas from you and if so what would be the capitation fee if any.
3.—Shall we be entitled to retain the fees for membership, this is important as we must establish a fund for the working expenses, this I feel sure you will understand.
We shall be glad if you will let us have the above information at your earliest convenience together with any other that you may think will be needful.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours fraternally in the Bonds of the Order.
FRANK BENNETT VII° O.T.O. National Grand Secretary General
ERNEST W. DUNN VIII°, O.T.O. National Grand Master General and Acting Viceroy.
Very Illustrious Brother L. B. Yardley VII°, O.T.O. Sovereign Grand Secretary General
