Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Care Frater,

I have intended for some time to attempt a connected series of notes on recent events. To-night I have tried to string a few oddments together, and I now submit the list for Your inspection.

You have several times asked me to explain, but I admit that I cannot tell why these things are so. All the latter events were unexpected though, as it were, foreseen one by one, and yet all the while things have appeared normal and natural.

The only thing is, then, to hand you this list, fragmentary though it is, and wait for events to show further Light on the matter.

There should be some records from the other five Br[ethre]n. but have not had them handed to me yet.

Love is the Law, Love under Will.

Fraternally, in the Bonds of the Order,
