Beloved Father,
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
Many thanks for notes on Freemasonry, to hand last night. The indications of methods of working will be most useful. I think a good deal can be made out of the various things you have suggested and I will set to work on the padding, but as you say, none of the treatments have brought to light very brilliant results.
I have thought out several other methods; one of which I send you notes of, as it seems to give better results than any, so far, and seems to be complete and justifiable.
I think a very nice Essay ought to be produced if we introduce all possible methods that show any degree of Masonic import, the only thing is, that if we put too much in, it won't be in any way suitable for the lower degrees. Maybe, it can be designed so that one explanation can be for III° another for VI° or something like that.
Nothing very new to tell you, but hope to hear from you again soon.
Love is the law, love under will.
Fraternally,
