Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Louis Umfreville Wilkinson

I did a geomancy in re Powys [John Powys]. There seems danger of death in the operation, but if he gets through, it should do a lot of good, I think, taking the figure all round, it would be best to go ahead. But one is naturally shy about advising in such a matter. Obviously, I couldn’t do so direct to him, unless officially asked.
I’ll hope to see you Wednesday. Why don’t you write short stories about Olga? Between Laurence’s exit and her marriage she ought to have some adventures—which made the marriage necessary perhaps; and she couldn’t stand the Canuck; surely she eloped to N.Y. and had lots more fun. Do a series of 6 or 12, why not?
In haste,
A.C.
