I just got yours dated September 30th. I don't quite follow what you say about "86". Perhaps, I am a little dull this morning, the last 36 hours having been fully occupied by a great magical celebration to the glory of the God, Pan. The letters actually stand for Silver Star, in Latin; and the allusion seems to be to the head of the Arrow mentioned in Liber 418 [The Vision and the Voice], which is a triangle, and also a pentagram.

 

Love is the law, love under will.
