We have credited your account with $1,012.31, the amount realized on your First Liberty Loan 3 1/2 Per Cent Bond.

     

In order that there may be a clear understanding between us in the matter of the manufacture of your book, [Equinox Vol III, No. 1] we beg to quote you for 2,000 copies, on the basis of its making 320 pages, and provided that it does not exceed this number of pages, bound in full common cloth, stamped in blue ink, trimmed at head, fronts and foots natural, paper as per sample submitted, price $4,050.00. Corrections in proof charged extra.

     

Our terms for the manufacture of this book will be as follows:

 

$1,012.31 Paid in advance

$1,000.00 On December 1, 1918

$1,000.00 On January 1, 1919

$1,000 On February 1, 1919

Balance, Cash on delivery of books.

 

The work is now in hand, and, with your co-operation, we expect to deliver books on or about March 21st.
