Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Charles Stansfeld Jones
63 [Washington Square].
Mar. 17, 1919
My beloved son,
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
Mr. Heliar, 1493 Broadway, Editor of the “BillBoard” wished to buy an Equinox. Mrs. D. O. Roberts, 239 Flushing W., Song Island City, is interested. (Through Evening World write up) You should send her literature. I saw printers this evening—think all will be well. The new stamping for back is very good.
Love is the Law, Love under Will!
Thy Sire,

P.S. These damn pictures stand between me and G.M.R. [Great Magical Retirement]. What I want is to make a contract with a dealer similar to that made about the books with Ryerson [Albert W. Ryerson]. I should like to leave everything in good hands, as it were, so that I could go to [illegible] and send things for sale or publication as the case may be, as I produce them, without cluttering up my temple all the time, so that moving is a terror.
I could probably come to same arrangement with you and leave you with a Power of Attorney. I say this in case you know of a “go ahead” picture dealer in Detroit.
