Very Illustrious and very dear brother,
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
I have your letter of Feb. 14 with enclosure, for which many thanks. "Book IV – Part III" is not yet published. There are hopes of this happening in America within a few months, but I shall be able to send you three copies of The Book of Lies within a few days and I will fill in with other items.
However the great point is for us to get you over here and confer as to what is to be done for the Establishment of the Law.
Love is the law, love under will.
