Care Frater,

Yours to Beast was forwarded from Cefalu. We had a great time reading and re-reading it, oh you God!! Would that there were more like you for we could stand a little more in quantity. Keep up the good work! But of course you will for you're the stuff!

We're working like niggers to get things going—should you be able to send the £2 weekly as you said, please send it to Ninette [Ninette Shumway] direct as they have been on very low rations now and again at the Abbey [of Thelema] and Beast will not be there to collect for some time. You would certainly do a great work if you could put that over.

I have been bounced from furnished room to Hotel and from there to "visit"—anywhere—as the occasion arose. I don't even hang my hat up any more—just keep it on my head to be ready for the next move. Well, I don't have to curl my hair so often, that's a saving of time and money.

I too have had a long period of being dazed and confused etc. I am just beginning to see the light again.

A.C. is correcting manuscripts but sends his fraternal greetings—I send you much love.
