I hereby agree to transfer my property, in every kind, situated at this address (above-named) to Norman Mudd, M.A., late of Bloemfontein, South Africa, in consideration of the sums of

          

1) £250 (250 pounds sterling) and

          

2) 25,826 ls. (Italian)

 

paid by him to the credit of my account at Banca Commerciale Italiana (Palermo) in the year 1923 (January to April).

     

And I request and will that the record of this agreement be legally registered.
