I wrote you a few weeks ago about the "Old Philadelphia Lady" and doubt not that you published my letter, giving the information for which I asked.
Unfortunately the NEW YORK HERALD is not to be bought in Tunis. Will you be kind enough to send me a copy of the number in question.
