Correspondence from Montgomery Evans to Aleister Crowley
900 DeKalb Street, Norristown, Pennsylvania,
May 8, 1924.
Dear Mr. Crowley:
I have tried to get the books you suggested, but without success. When I was last in New York I called on Mr. Seabrook [William Seabrook], but he could not help me, and Dr. Carrington [Hereward Carrington], who has them, was busy.
I sail on the 12th for Bordeaux. I have no definite plans, and no address at present, other then c/o The Roussillon, arriving at Bordeaux about May 22 or c/o The Bankers Trust, 3-5, Place Vendome, Paris. I expect to reach Paris early in June, but any mail sent to Paris will be forwarded to me in the south. If you are still in France, I will call on you before I go over to England.
The other matters can well wait until I see you.
Sincerely yours,
|
