Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to A. Kempler
[DRAFT]
[Draft letter dictated by Crowley to Leah Hirsig]
Kempler
I am sorry to have missed you on Monday. I thought it was a firm appointment. I am retired down here to heal me of my grevious wound and do not want to come to Paris unless I can help it.
This is a perfectly delightful place. If you would care to come down and have lunch one day there is a fast train from Gare de l'Est at 11.50 and return at 4.29 numerous others later. If you could think of doing this please let me have a telegram early on the morning of the day as I am liable to go wandering in the country.
I feel sure that you will agree with me that [illegible] 2 examples of which I left in M.P. for you are in all respects admirable. Please return them as he wants to revise them finally and had no time to make copies.
I shall be glad to hear from you at your earliest convenience. Kind regards to yourself and M. Prist.
I am yours truly
