With regard to the Manifesto—we are leaving the American end entirely to you. Should you need to have copies made, you are of course at liberty to have people communicate with you through another address—preferably not your own. That is where you will use your own judgment. I shall keep you posted as to the people we communicate with. Up to the present, the enclosed letters will tell you just what we have done. If you have any suggestions as to possible people for us to reach, send them along. The Occult Review is our partial guide.
