Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Jane Wolfe
c/o American Express Co. Tunis
[circa October 1925]
Dear 516 [Jane Wolfe],
93.
Your note. Just a hurried and worried line to say I must ask you to send along that £10 if convenient (International Telegraphic, P.P. CROWLEY BURVILLE TUNIS) as I must concentrate every resource—just at the moment I copies all was clear!—
Sorry about your giving up Home, and yet glad. I feel sure a fortnight will clear thing thoroughly now. But really I'm too tired to understand what you write. Motored 120 miles this A.M. (cost 4s/1d!) and have another 200 to do to-morrow.
I hope I sleep, that's all!
93 93/93.
Yours to the finish.
666.
P.S. Yes, I seem to have missed up two of yours [letters]! Forgive me I'm 1/2 dead.
