I wrote you to send me any spare cash after paying Miss B. and Pickford. Hope there was some! I roll down to Gabès [Tunis] in a few days to economize and see if Djerba Is.[land, Tunis] is the one to choose.

     

'Fraid I've no news for you much, and I'm not really in the mood to write. I've gotten over my second ptomaine: quite well now, but tired and rather nervous.
