Rendezvous.

1. This letter cancels all previous directions.

2. The new address is Hotel du Château, Carry-le Rouet, Bouches du Rhone.

3. The trains from Marseille (St Charles) to Carry are spare: A.M. 4.25—6.25—7.25—8.25—10.25—P.M. 1.15—6.20 (Journey about 45 min.)

4. This (3) may make it difficult for me to meet you in Marseille. Come straight out.

5. Wire me time of arrival in Marseille, to reach me by Wednesday night. Confirm by letter. This gives me the best chance of my being able to meet you in M[arseille]. Try to arrange arrival to catch the 6.20 P.M. out (as above) at latest.

The place is admirably suited for Work—also swimming—bring bathing suit. Extremely quiet. Plenty of room. Excellent possibilities for (a) temporary (b) permanent G.H.Q. [Grand Headquarters]. Will inspect all (α) propositions before you arrive.

P.S. Do not address c/o Amexco anymore, but Hotel du Château, Carry-le Rouet.

The Yi symbol is [I Ching Hexagram XXVII. "Nourishing". Also silence etc—very good indeed for our purpose.
