If it cannot be sold on the 'desert sequence', which I worked out pretty full, plus my reputation, let my secret perish with me! (You may say that it is a story of gamine occult interest, especially to spiritualists.) Please send me a copy of the script, any how, as I have completely forgotten what it was all about.
You have my fullest authority to negotiate on my behalf. What you have to do is to settle the contract, and cable me a note of the terms, so that I can reply accepting or reposing as the case may be. You can show this to anyone that challenges you.
