Please let me know at once if this is so, as in that case K [Kasimira Bass] will feel free to buy a few things.
Other contracts differ from K[asimira]'s by having no salary clause. The inducement of 6% for 5 years, put aside out of capital, (?) and up to 25% paid out of net trading profits.
K[asimira]'s letter was not definitive, but a general guide.

Useless to collect physically till we have a G.H.Q. [Grand Headquarters] with secretary.
You might ring up [illegible] and ask when Mrs. W[alker] is expected back.
