Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Jane Wolfe
55 Avenue de Suffren Paris VII
October 23rd, 1928
Cara Soror:
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
I have been terribly busy with the reconstruction, which is proceeding extremely well; and though we are passing through an exceptionally severe crisis, we have every hope of everything coming out straight, as there never was before.
So I find myself this morning with just a few minutes to write to you. I am a little anxious about you, not having heard from you for some time now. I really think you might write a postcard every week if you were nice. I hope it does not mean that you are not so well again.
We are now on the eve of the great battle, and good news from you about Mortaldello would assure the victory. In case anything does break, please cable, or at least write me by air mail.
Love is the law, love under will.
Yours fraternally,
666.
Miss Jane Wolfe, 3451 Kingswell Avenue, Los Angeles, Calif.
