Dear Sir,
The documents are required by the authorities in Dresden.
As soon as permission is given for the marriage[1] (under local law) these documents will be forwarded to you, with this letter, by the Civil Register of Leipzig—I shall hope to receive your own certificate before August 20.
I propose to call on H.B.M. Consul to-morrow morning to secure his presence at the ceremony, and arrange for completion as indicated in your esteemed form of the 25th inst.
