Dear Sir,

Permission has been given by the authorities in Dresden, after a careful examination of the documents required.[1]

I am therefore going to the above address, to which I shall be glad if you will send me your own certificate as soon as issued, when I shall be able to return to Leipzig and complete the matter. The Civil Register in Leipzig is sending you the documents direct.

Yours faithfully,

E.A. Crowley
