Correspondence from Aleister Crowley to Stuart R. Cope

Ivy Cottage,

Knockholt, Kent.

January 6th, 1930.

Dear Mr. Cope:

I received this morning a copy of your letter to Mr. Yorke [Gerald Yorke] of the 3rd instant.

Knockholt, is not, as you apparently suppose, 6,000 miles from London. It is about 20. You would be most welcome here at lunch or dinner, if you can spare the time. If not, I will try and manage to see you in London, though this would be much more difficult, as I am working day and night.

Yours faithfully,

AC / anl [Israel Regardie]
