Dear Karl:

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Another week has dragged on, and there is no change in our sector. So I came down here for the week-end to forget it. Apparently the papers will be signed on Monday and we can get down to business on Tuesday. It has been terrible, all this, and the worst of it is that we have lost about four months business. However, provided these new people act as they have promised to do, we shall be able to go ahead very strongly from now on.

I will let you know further in a day or two.

Love is the law, love under will.

Yours fraternally,
