We have to-day received a letter from Messrs. Nicholson Freeland & Shepherd on behalf of the above Company to the effect that they have instructed the Sheriff to levy at Ivy Cottage. As we informed you we were unable to do anything in this matter until you had supplied us with the Writ and other information. We shall be glad if you will inform us of the result of your present negotiations with Major Thynne [Major Robert Thynne].
