The rituals came to hand the other day. . . . There should be no difficulties at this end to which would be (sic) mainly overcome if we could get hold of this illusive cash. . . .

     

I have been figuring for some time on getting Jane [Jane Wolfe], Regina [Regina Kahl] and any others we can get to join forces in one establishment for economy and the advantage of a bigger establishment. Everyone has some problems but myself that for the moment prevents the starting of a profess house. . . .

     

Regina is a dear old girl and gads among these fine morons on the hopes of meeting with a man or woman with the necessary. She would be an excellent asset in either case having many very desirable qualifications.

     

Your letter so states my sentiments that I have nothing to say. . . . We certainly need a 'new heaven and new earth', you have furnished the former but we certainly have to create the latter. . . .
