CROWLEY

My dear Kyllmann,

I now enclose a copy of Lilley's opinion of the 8th November regarding the question of payment of money into Court. You will see that he advises against doing so.

The opinion is not very easy to follow and I think perhaps it would be as well if I were to come and see you and the others on it next week, and if you agree perhaps you will make an appointment by telephone.

I have no doubt that Lilley has discussed the matter with Hilbery as he said he would so that the written opinion may be said to represent the view of both.

Yours sincerely,

Charles S. J. Harper
